    Ingredients

    • 2 medium eggs (at room temperature)
    • 200 ml light cream (1 packet)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 10 tsp Splenda Granulated (5 g)

    Instructions

    Separate the yolks and whites of the two eggs. Place the whites in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Once stiff, add the Splenda Granules and beat for a little longer.

    In another bowl, beat the cream for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with a fork until smooth, then add them to the cream and gently fold together using a spatula.

    Add the vanilla extract and mix gently. Then, fold in the beaten egg whites in two batches.

    Transfer the mixture to a wide, shallow container and spread evenly.

    Freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
