Quick Glazed Pork Loin

Preheat oven to 220°C. Rinse pork loin and pat dry. Set aside.
Mix water, tomato paste, orange juice concentrate, chilli powder, salt, SPLENDA® Granulated and white vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
Place pork loin in a 13 × 9 inch pan. Cover with half of the glaze. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 220°C oven.
Remove pork loin from oven. Cover with remaining glaze. Place vegetables around pork loin. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until the vegetables are hot and the pork loin is completely cooked.
- 500g pork tenderloin
- 60ml water
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate
- 2½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp SPLENDA® Sugar Alternative, Granulated
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 (400g) package frozen vegetable blend
