    • 100 g butter (softened at room temperature)
    • 120 g plain flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 heaped tbsp Splenda Granulated (4 g)

    Beat the butter in a deep bowl with a mixer, then add the vanilla extract and Splenda Granulated and beat a little more. Then add the plain flour and beat for another 2-3 minutes.

    Spread the dough evenly on a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press the surface flat using the bottom of a glass to ensure it is smooth and even.

    Bake in a 160°C oven for 10 minutes.
