Instructions
Cream the butter and 8 tablespoons of Splenda Granulated. Add 2 tablespoons of semi-skimmed milk, the eggs, and vanilla extract, and beat a little more.
Then add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, milk powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and dried fruit. Mix all the ingredients together.
Line a small round cake pan with parchment paper, pour in the cake mixture, and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Check the cake occasionally with a toothpick to see if it is done.
For the almond paste balls on top of the cake;
Blend raw almond paste, 1 teaspoon Splenda Granulated, and 1 tablespoon milk in a blender until it reaches a dough-like consistency. Form 11 small balls from the almond paste.
Arrange the almond paste balls on top of the cake after it comes out of the oven.
