    Ingredients

    • 300 g white cabbage (1/4 of a whole cabbage)
    • 1 large carrot (90 g)
    • 2 tbsp grape vinegar (20 g)
    • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (40 g)
    • 1 tbsp mustard (10 g)
    • 4 tbsp light yogurt (from the non-watery part) (100 g)
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp Splenda Granulated (1.5 g)

    Thinly slice the cabbage lengthwise and grate the carrot. Place both in a large bowl. Add salt, yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and Splenda Granulated and mix well with a spoon.
