    Ingredients

    For the chicken salad

    • 350 g cooked chicken breast, chopped
    • 75 g walnuts, chopped
    • 40 g celery, diced
    • 15 g green onions, chopped
    • 160 g fresh strawberries, chopped
    • 185 g no sugar added canned mandarin oranges, drained and chopped

    For the dressing

    • 115 g light mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
    • 2 teaspoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    In a large bowl, combine and toss the chicken salad ingredients.

    In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.

    Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 4 hours.

    Note:

    • Serve on white bread for tea sandwiches, croissants, or in lettuce cups.
    • Garnish each serving with sliced strawberries, if desired.
