Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 40 minutes plus 10 minutes cooling time
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Whisk together eggs, milk, SPLENDA® Granulated, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Gently stir in bread cubes and raisins. Pour mixture into a 1.7L ungreased baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g of ½ to 1-inch cubes day old French bread
