Pumpkin Spice Latte

Take a well-deserved break with Splenda, and a calming cup of homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte. Store bought pumpkin lattes have in average 380kcal. Skip the sugar but not taste using Splenda Minis instead.


Add milk, pumpkin puree, and spices to a saucepan over medium heat.

Heat until hot, but do not boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, the coffee and Splenda Minis.


  • 240ml Milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 Healthy pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 Healthy pinch ground clove
  • 1 Healthy pinch ground cardamom (optional)
  • 1 or 2 Splenda Minis
  • 30 ml Espresso
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
