Orange Almond Bundt cake

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine the SPLENDA® Sugar Alternative Granulated, butter, vanilla, salt and orange zest and mix for a few minutes until you have a smooth batter.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing until all the eggs have been blended into the mixture. Gently add the flour, almond flour and baking powder, mixing until well combined.
Finally, pour the orange juice into the batter and stir until smooth.
Transfer the batter into the Bundt pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Let it cool before trying to remove the cake from the pan.
Sprinkle some Splenda on top and enjoy.
