    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 80 ml buttermilk
    • 120 g applesauce
    • 300 g mashed bananas
    • 210 g all-purpose flour
    • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 60 g chopped pecans
    • 24 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    Preheat oven to 165°C. Spray one 9 × 5 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray coating.

    In a large bowl, blend together the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, and bananas.

    In separate bowl, sift together the Splenda Granulated, flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Mix dry ingredients into banana mixture then stir in pecans.

    Spread batter into prepared pan.

    Bake 1 hour, or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
