    • 750 ml bottle red wine
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1 orange, zest and juice
    • 8 cloves
    • 7 leaves gelatine
    • 200 g 3% fat crème fraîche light
    • 8 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Pour the wine in to a large pan, adding the cinnamon, orange juice and cloves.


    Warm up until just at boiling point then turn off and leave for around half an hour to infuse.


    Cover the gelatine with cold water and leave to soften.


    Warm the wine a little again adding the Splenda Granulated. Remove from the heat then squeeze out the gelatine dropping it in to the wine to dissolve. Cool, then pour into wine glasses, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.


    Stir together the orange zest with the crème Fraîche and serve on top of the jellies.

    Tip 1
    Stir the crème Fraîche and orange zest as lightly possible to keep the cream thick.

    Tip 2
    Use a full bodied red wine, making sure you try to choose one that is not too acidic.
