    • 200 g light cream cheese
    • 500 g plain, 0% fat yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • 175 g fresh seasonal berries
    • 6 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    For the crust

    • 150 g digestive biscuits light, finely crumbled
    • 90 g unsalted butter, melted
    • 6 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    For the crust


    Combine the finely crumbled digestive biscuits, Splenda , and melted butter into a well-combined mixture. Split the mixture into 8 small molds or bowls and pack very tightly with the back of a spoon. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

    For the filling


    In a medium-sized bowl, use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until smooth (about 1 minute). Add in yogurt and beat for another minute.


    Stir in the Splenda, vanilla, and lemon zest – beat to mix for another minute.


    Portion mixture evenly over the 8 mini pastry tartlets. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes before eating.Top with fresh berries.
