    • 4-5 slices of cucumber
    • 50 gr of mango, pureed
    • 50 ml fresh lime juice (approximately 1 lime)
    • 50 ml ginger beer
    • 30 ml water
    • Ice
    • 25 g SPLENDA® Stevia Crystal

    For the simple syrup: In a saucepan combine Splenda Stevia Crystal and water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until Splenda Stevia has dissolved. Let it cool slightly.


    Add the lukewarm syrup, cucumber and lime, and muddle in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.


    Add the mango puree and Ice and shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker feels ice-cold.


    Strain into a copper mug (or a glass). Top with ginger beer and stir.
