Lemon-Orange Walnut Bread

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes plus 10 minutes cooling time
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray an 8½ × 4½ × 2½ inch loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in bowl. Set aside.
In separate bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, lemon and orange peel. Set aside.
Beat eggs and SPLENDA® Granulated with an electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes. Reduce speed to medium and gradually add melted butter and vanilla, beating until blended, about 1 minute.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk mixture; beginning and ending with flour mixture. After each addition, beat at low speed until blended. Stir in nuts. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
