Be your own barista with this super easy homemade Iced Coffee recipe made with SPLENDA® Mini tablets.


  • For the simple syrup; Combine SPLENDA® tablets and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the SPLENDA® tablets have dissolved. Let cool completely and stir in vanilla extract; set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Serve coffee over ice with milk and simple syrup, adding 1 teaspoon at a time, to taste.


  • 230ml coffee, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons full milk, or more, to taste

  • 40ml water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – or any other flavour you love
