Preparation time: 5 minutes
Combine ginger, SPLENDA® Sweet Minis, black peppercorns, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add the teabags, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove spices and tea bags with a slotted spoon and discard.
Add milk and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. Serve immediately.
