    • 3 spotty bananas
    • 200 g almond flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 50 ml vegetable oil
    • 50 g cocoa powder
    • 2 teaspoons skimmed milk
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 30 g unsweetened chocolate chips
    • 13 g Splenda Granulated

    Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

    Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Add in oil, milk, and eggs and stir well.

    Next, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, Splenda Granulated, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

    Pour batter into loaf pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
