    • 250 g damsons or plums halved and stoned
    • 150 g blackberries
    • 1 tablespoon runny honey
    • 3 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    For the topping

    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 40 g low fat spread
    • 75 g plain flour
    • 25 g ground almonds
    • 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
    • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Place the fruit, Splenda Granulated, honey and 3 tablespoons of water in a small pan. Gently heat for 5 minutes or until the fruit starts to soften but still keeps its shape. Divide the fruit among 4 x 200 ml ovenproof pudding dishes.


    Place the low fat spread and flour in a bowl and rub in using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the ground almonds and the Splenda Granulated. Spoon over the fruit, sprinkle with the Demerara sugar and bake for 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the fruit bubbling through.
