Cinnamon Rice Pudding

Enjoy this classic Cinnamon Rice Pudding recipe made with SPLENDA® Sugar Alternative, Granulated!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 28 minutes
Bring rice to boil for 3 minutes per directions on rice package. Drain.
Pour milk into a large saucepan. Bring to boil.
Lower heat. Add rice and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add SPLENDA® Granulated, lemon zest and cinnamon stick. Cook for another 5 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed.
Remove from heat and cool. Discard cinnamon stick.
Pour into six serving glasses.
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
Tip: Cinnamon stick can be replaced with vanilla sticks.
