    Ingredients

    • 170 g sugar-free dark chocolate chips
    • 175 ml heavy cream
    • 3 tablespoon butter
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 4 tablespoon Splenda Granulated
    • For the finish; coconut, sprinkles, cocoa powder etc.

    Place the heavy cream into a large microwave-safe bowl, add the sweetener and stir. Then add the butter and chocolate chips, and microwave at full power for 1 minute. Gently stir the mixture to dissolve and mix all ingredients. Set aside to cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Place a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface. Use a teaspoon or melon spoon to scoop out small balls, with a diameter of approximately 2cm. Use your hands to shape them into round truffles. If the ganache becomes too soft, place it back in the fridge to become firm again.

    For the finish; roll your truffles through the desired finish. Keep in an airtight container in your fridge.
