Chocolate Mug Cake

This super easy Chocolate Mug Cake made with SPLENDA® Granulated is just what you are looking for, for a (daily) treat! Ready in only 3 minutes.

Instructions

Combine the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in the mug. Whisk into a smooth batter. Gently add in the milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

Bake in the microwave on high for approximately 30 seconds, do not overcook.

Set aside for approximately 4 minutes. If desired, add some chocolate sauce or ice cream.
