Banana Pancakes

Looking for a tasty and good start of the day? Try these easy but nutritious Banana Pancakes made with SPLENDA® Granulated!


Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it with the eggs and cinnamon. Mix it into a smooth batter with a blender.

Heat the margarine in a non-stick coating pan and fry 3 or 4 pancakes in 5 minutes. Flip the pancakes halfway. Cut the walnuts and serve them with the pancakes. If desired, sprinkle some extra SPLENDA® Granulated on top of the pancakes.


  • 1 large Banana
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of SPLENDA® Granulated
  • 20 gram of unsalted Walnuts
  • 20 grams of margarine
