Avocado fudge

8 servings, ready in 3 hours and 20 minutes

An easy avocado that takes only a few steps and you can make sure it'll be a success!


In a blender or food processor, add the avocado, banana, SPLENDA, coconut oil, lemon and salt. Blend everything until creamy. Scrape the sides as needed.

Pour the mixture into a 20 × 20 cm container lined with parchment paper.

Throw the nuts and coconut on top if desired. Cover and place in the freezer to firm for at least 3 hours.

Remove from freezer and cut into squares.


  • 2 medium diced avocados
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 70g SPLENDA Granulated
  • 158 ml of melted coconut oil
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp of salt
