    • 6 mini cucumbers, cut into pieces of 1 cm
    • 1 cloves garlic
    • 2 tablespoons green onion
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Chinese chili oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Put the cucumber into a bowl, and add the salt, making sure all parts are covered with salt.
