    Ingredients

    Fruit filling

    • 295 g apples peeled and thinly sliced
    • 295 g plums peeled and thinly sliced
    • Juice of 1, lemon
    • 2 tablespoons plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ ground ginger
    • 4 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Crumble

    • 85 g cups rolled oats
    • 45 g plain flour
    • 85 g cold unsalted butter, cubed
    • Pinch of salt
    • 5 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Preheat the oven 190°C.

    In a mixing bowl add all fruit filling ingredients and combine well.

    Set aside and rest for at least 5 minutes.

    In another bowl combine the flour, Splenda Granulated, rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

    Add in cubed butter and use your hands to mix into a crumbly texture.

    Pour the fruit filling into a casserole dish. Spread the crumble evenly over the fruit filling.

    Bake for approximately 40 minutes until the fruit is soft and the topping is a golden brown.
