    • 1.5 apple, peeled and chopped
    • 2 eggs
    • 60 g gluten-free oats
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp yogurt
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1½ tbsp Splenda Granulated

    Combine eggs, Splenda Granulated, baking soda, baking powder, and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. Add the chopped and peeled apple.


    Blend in the gluten-free oats, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mixture. Set aside for 2 minutes.


    Heat a large non-stick pan with cooking spray, over low-medium heat. Pour the batter onto the pan to form small-sized pancakes.


    Flip the pancakes with a large spatula when bubbles rise to the surface and the edges appear cooked.


    If desired, serve the pancakes with baked apples.
