The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

2. ENTRY
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Splenda UK’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Entry requirements include a subscription to Splenda Newsletter with their e-mail on the www.splenda.co.uk website. Entries incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Heartland Food Products Group, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate entry details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

3. DURATION
The giveaway takes place until 31.10.2023. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

4. PRIZE
The prize for this giveaway is an Amazon Gift Card with a total value of 100 £. The gift card is only available on amazon.co.uk. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. This gift card is a digital gift card and will be sent via email to the participants. Splenda reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason or substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value without giving notice. Heartland Food Products Group, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

5. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be chosen at random using a random winner generator application from all eligible entries of Splenda Newsletter subscribers by the deadline. The winner will be announced on @splenda_eu Instagram Page and facebook.com/SplendaEurope Facebook Page through a story and comment under the giveaway post within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. PUBLICITY
By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Heartland Food Products Group, LLC to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. The winner agrees to use their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Heartland Food Products Group, LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants, or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
