    • 60 ml vodka
    • 15 ml coffee liqueur
    • 30 ml espresso, freshly brewed, cooled

    For the simple syrup

    • 40 ml water
    • 4 Splenda Sweet Minis

    Brew the coffee and let it cool completely.


    Add ice to a cocktail shaker then add the cooled coffee, half of the simple syrup, coffee liqueur and vodka.


    Shake very hard so the foam is formed then strain it quickly into a martini glass. Taste and add more simple syrup, if desired. Top with 3 coffee beans. Serve and enjoy!

    For the simple syrup


    Combine Splenda Sweet Minis and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the Splenda Sweet Minis have dissolved. Set aside to cool.
