Method

Place the fruit, SPLENDA® Granulated, honey and 3 tablespoons of water in a small pan. Gently heat for 5 minutes or until the fruit starts to soften but still keeps its shape. Divide the fruit among 4 x 200ml ovenproof pudding dishes.

Place the low fat spread and flour in a bowl and rub in using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the ground almonds and the SPLENDA® Granulated. Spoon over the fruit, sprinkle with the Demerara sugar and bake for 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the fruit bubbling through.

  • 150g blackberries

  • 75g plain flour
  • 25g ground almonds
