Ingredients:

  • 450g small red fruits: raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, wild strawberries
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp SPLENDA® Granulated

 

 For decoration

  • 4 mint leaves

Method

  1. Wash all the fruits in running water
  2. Destalk the redcurrants and the blackcurrants
  3. Put all the fruit in a blender, add the orange juice, mint and SPLENDA® Granulated and blend
  4. For an even smoother texture, pass through a sieve
  5. Put some crushed ice into 4 glasses
  6. Pour in the smoothie
  7. Decorate with the mint leaves
  8. Serve immediately

 
Tip:
 Use frozen red fruits instead of the fresh red fruits.
