Summer Smoothie

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
110g (4oz) strawberries, hulled and halved if large
110g (4oz) raspberries
1 nectarine, chopped and stoned
200ml (7floz) semi skimmed milk
2 tbsp SPLENDA® Granulated
Method:
1 Place all the fruit and milk in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
2 Stir in the SPLENDA® Granulated and serve.

Tip

The riper the fruit the sweeter the smoothie will be, so taste it before adding your desired amount of SPLENDA® Granulated.
