Cooking time: 5 minutes plus 24 hours chilling time
Put the chocolate and the butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water to melt.
Remove from heat, then add the coffee and the SPLENDA® Granulated.
Add the egg yolks and mix well.
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until very stiff.
Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the mousse into a glass bowl.
Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
Tip: You can serve the mousse in individual glasses decorated with red fruits.

- 240g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 80g light butter, cubed
- 3 tbsp espresso coffee
