Iced Mint Tea
Serves 4 Glasses

Ingredients:

1 litre boiling water
-
1 tbsp mint tea leaves or 2 mint teabags
-
1 tbsp Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
-
10 peppermint leaves
-
Some mint leaves for decoration
Method
- Put the mint tea and the peppermint leaves in a teapot
- Add the Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
- Fill the teapot with boiling water
- Cover and let it brew for 3 minutes
- Strain the tea
- Add some ice cubes and stir well to cool
- Pour into 4 glasses and add more ice if desired
- Decorate with some mint leaves
- Serve immediately
