Iced Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre boiling water
  • 1 tbsp mint tea leaves or 2 mint teabags
  • 1 tbsp Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
  • 10 peppermint leaves
  • Some mint leaves for decoration

Method

  1. Put the mint tea and the peppermint leaves in a teapot
  2. Add the Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
  3. Fill the teapot with boiling water
  4. Cover and let it brew for 3 minutes
  5. Strain the tea
  6. Add some ice cubes and stir well to cool
  7. Pour into 4 glasses and add more ice if desired
  8. Decorate with some mint leaves
  9. Serve immediately
