Rhubarb and Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

45g (1¾oz) polyunsaturated margarine

75g (2¾oz) flour

25g (1oz) oats

7 tbsp SPLENDA® Granulated

250g (9oz) rhubarb, trimmed and cut into 4cm (1½in) lengths
- 1 x 475g jar Bramley apple sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Rub the fat into the flour, using your fingertips, until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Stir in the oats and 2 tablespoons of SPLENDA® Granulated.
- Mix together the prepared rhubarb and apple sauce with the remaining SPLENDA® Granulated.
- Spoon into an ovenproof dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the topping is golden and the rhubarb cooked through.
