Festive Fruit Parcels

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears
  • 2 apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 heaped tsps SPLENDA® Granulated
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 sheets of baking parchment

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C (Gas Mark 9)
  2. Peel all the fruits 
  3. Core the pears and apples, then cut them into quarters
  4. Pour the lemon juice over the pears and apples
  5. Cut the kiwis into slices
  6. Distribute the pears, apples and kiwis between 6 separate sheets of baking parchment
  7. Sprinkle each with some of the SPLENDA® Granulated and ground cinnamon
  8. Wrap up the parcels
  9. Place the parcels on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes
  10. Serve immediately

 Tip:

 You can make your parchment parcels with any fruit that’s in season. You can replace the cinnamon with ground nutmeg. And, also add mint leaves to the parcels.
