Count down to summer with the SPLENDA® Bikini Beat Workout and Olympic Games heptathlete Kelly Sotherton.

Inspired by the 7 events I compete in, my fun workout download has been designed with 7 motivational tracks so you can make small changes to get your body in shape for the bikini season. I want to show you that you don’t have to train like an athlete to make a difference! Have fun with it, enjoy yourself and with a bit of practice, you’ll be so busy working it, you’ll forget you’re working out!

There are 7 tracks accompanied by a Kelly Workout Guide to match your pace and to make sure you get the most out of your workout.

The Workout Guide accompanies your SPLENDA® Bikini Beat Workout and gives details of how you can personalise your exercise plan, along with health tips, advice and exercise demonstrations from Kelly.

Please read your Workout Guide before beginning your workout.
